Great Adventures Platform

There are several changing rooms on the island and the platform. Toilets can be used as a change rooms.

Soft drinks, wines, beers, spirits, and snacks are available from our well stocked bar during the day. For the safety of all passengers, hot drinks will not be served while the vessel is in motion. Please do not consume alcohol before snorkelling or diving.

Feeding is strictly controlled by the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority. Do not throw food scraps to any fishes or birds.

Coral cuts and other marine contact injuries may need medical attention, please see crew for advice.

Coin lockers are available on Green Island and aboard some vessels. Please ask crew for details.

For the comfort of all passengers, please do not leave luggage on seats.

Reserved seating is not provided. You are welcome to move around the vessel and obtain a seat of your preference.

Due to government legislation, smoking is prohibited onboard this vessel. Smoking is permitted in a designated outside smoking area on the island or reef platform (pontoon), however, please ensure cigarette butts are disposed of responsibly.

Please secure hats, sunglasses and other loose items to ensure they are not lost overboard.

For those susceptible to motion sickness, tablets are available on board and are effective prevention to nausea. Ask crew for details and we recommend you move to an outside deck to enjoy the fresh air if you begin to feel ill.

There are fresh water showers on the island and platform.

Souvenir T-shirts, sunscreen and other items are available on board. There are also souvenir shops on Green Island.

Fins, masks, snorkels, buoyancy vests and lycra suits are available at the dive shop on the island or reef platform.

The tropical sun is very strong. We recommend you use minimum sunscreen and wear a Lycra suit while swimming.

Toilets are located onboard the vessel and on the island. Please listen to the announcement or ask crew for the exact locations.

Limited towels are available for hire, a deposit is required. Please see crew. Towels are also available for purchase.
